Overview

At Toyota Astra Motor, tracking project requests across departments needed a more organized and dependable system. To help with this, Teman Data built a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) monitoring app tailored for MSD project submissions. The platform lets teams follow each request from start to finish, making it easier to spot issues and helping everyone stay accountable.
 

Challenge

Tracking project requests from different departments was a challenge. Updates were scattered, issues were hard to spot, and it wasn’t always clear who was responsible when things got delayed. Project leads often had to chase down information or rely on incomplete reports to figure out what went wrong. Without a central system to monitor progress, teams struggled to stay aligned—and collaboration across departments became harder.
 

Solution

Teman Data developed a PDCA monitoring system to organize all project requests sent to MSD in one place. Each new update or change triggered an automatic email, keeping everyone informed without the need for manual follow-ups.
